We provide wallpaper installation, internal and external cladding, and associated decorative surface services. All quotations are subject to site inspection and material availability.

1.2 Booking and Payment

Bookings require written confirmation. A deposit may be requested before work commences. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge late fees on overdue invoices.

1.3 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the total job value.

1.4 Liability

We take every reasonable measure to prevent damage during installation. However, Paper The Cracks Limited is not liable for existing structural issues or latent defects. Any loss or damage due to force majeure is excluded.

1.5 Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. This does not cover normal wear, improper maintenance, or materials provided by third parties.
